Ajyad began with a simple belief shared by its founders, Aala Ausaf Ahmed, Asim Ahmed and Mohammed Shehbaz: answering the call of Allah should feel like coming home, not like a maze of forms, flights and strange streets. Too many families from Bengaluru were travelling with worry: elders anxious about the walk to the Haram, first-time pilgrims unsure of each rite, parents wondering what their children would eat so far from home.
So they built Ajyad around service. Hotels a short walk from the Haram, Indian buffet meals three times a day, guides who explain every step of Umrah, and a team that stays beside the group from the first phone call until the last bag of Zamzam is home. Every pilgrim who returns with a lighter heart is the reason Ajyad exists, and why the founders still answer the phone themselves.
